Brian is the owner of Solutions Plus Accounting & Management Services. He established the practice in 1994 after 20 years working in industry and commerce in a variety of Accounting and Business Management roles. The practice is based in Wollongong and services clients in Wollongong and the South Coast of NSW. The practice services small to medium sized business and aims to offer CFO services to those clients that need regular advice.
Brian is a Fellow and also a life member of CPA Australia. He served as a member of the local Wollongong Branch Council for 7 years, 3 of these as Branch President.
As well as Accounting and Advisory Services he also undertakes audits of SMSFs, Not For Profit Entities and Solicitors and Real Estate Agents Trust Accounts. He has over 15 years experience in auditing SMSFs and has been a member of the Auditors Institute since the early days of its inception as the SMSF AAA.
In 2005 Brian became a Quality Assurance Reviewer for CPA Australia, a role he held for 14 years. This involved reviewing members who undertook auditing engagements as well as accounting and taxation work.
In his leisure time he enjoys camping and he has been involved with his local Scout group in a variety of roles for many years.

Dean is one of an elite group who hold the dual accreditation of Specialist SMSF Advisor and Specialist SMSF Auditor from the SMSF Association. As both an SMSF Auditor and Public Accountant, I work closely with accountants, trustees and clients , helping them understand audit and taxation outcomes in a constructive and educative way.

Raj Prabhu is a Public Accountant, Registered Company Auditor and Registered SMSF Auditor, with more than 25 years’ experience in audit and assurance. He is the Director of KBP Audit Services, established in 2015, where he leads a specialist SMSF audit practice supported by a team of 14 staff.
Raj has extensive audit experience across a wide range of sectors, including self-managed superannuation funds, private companies, operating trusts, real estate trusts, shire councils, schools, colleges and other not-for-profit organisations. His professional expertise also includes BSA audits, business investigations and examinations, and the preparation of due diligence and Independent Accountant’s Reports, with particular specialisation in news agencies.
Prior to founding KBP Audit Services, Raj was an Audit Partner in a mid-tier accounting practice in Brisbane. He also spent 12 years as an Audit Manager in a mid-tier firm, delivering comprehensive auditing and assurance services, and has operated as a sole practitioner for 15 years.
In addition to his professional practice, Raj served on the CPA Australia Quality Reviewer Panel from 2008 to 2020, contributing to the maintenance of high professional and ethical standards within the accounting profession.
