If the structure is company in the above case, then the money they bring from their SMSF will be in form of loan isn’t it? And the loan will not be counted for the inhouse assets as there are four independent parties and none of them holding control over 50%. Please confirm the above information in the context of the question ask above in relation to farm land purchase.
