Hi

I  would be requesting a copy of the financial sstatements of the non related entity to review assets and liabilities. I would also like to know the busienss activities being carried out to assess the risk for the investment.

I believe the loan need to be on arms length, mortgaged against a property and a loan agreement has been put in place.
