Carmen is Principal and Director of Australian Financial Reporting Solutions and a  member of the GAAP Consulting Network. She provides the role of a Technical Auditing and Accounting Division for a range of clients in the private and public sector and ensures that she keeps up-to-date and aware of current accounting and auditing issues which has established her as a recognised expert in the Financial Reporting Arena.
Carmen completed the ICAEW Sustainability Certificate in January 2024.
Carmen was a Board member of the Australian Accounting Standards Board (2012 – 2020) and a member of the IASB IFRS for SME Implementation Group from 2020 – 2022.

Bryce Figot

Bryce is also recognised as one of Australia’s leading SMSF lawyers. He has worked predominantly in the fields of tax and superannuation over the past 17 years and holds a Master of Laws from the University of Melbourne.

Chanelle is a Chartered Accountant and Registered Company Auditor with extensive experience in audit quality assurance, including QA reviews, audit methodology support, and training. She is a former member of the Independent Regulatory Board of Auditors (IRBA) in South Africa and has served as the director of a medium-sized firm. Chanelle has also held the position of chairperson of the Standards Committee and was a member of the Audit Quality Enablement Team, where she played a key role in enhancing audit practices.

Izabela has in-depth knowledge of International Accounting and Audit Requirements and has significant commercial experience across a broad range of industries/sectors for over 13 years.
Izabela has 7 years’ experience in providing auditing services at PwC for one of the largest clients in the financial services industry including Charter Hall, Mirvac, QBE and Macquarie Bank. She moved into the second-tier firms to use her technical expertise and enjoyed working in government, schools and not-for-profit sectors for 6 years and finally she made her move to join the AAC team of experts.
Building strong relationships with clients is one of her key attributes in conjunction with her strong technical knowledge are the key drivers in her professional development. When working with clients, Izabela has a positive and proactive approach, always looking to help find the optimal solution.
